Qigong (a mind-body practice originating in China) integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions while teaching how to gain, maintain and control energy flow within and surrounding the body, for optimal performance and healing at a cellular level. Our training is all level-friendly and moves are very basic and approachable, while challenging the student to develop focus and strength. Qigong training offers non-invasive active and preventative ways to heal the body.  Our training benefits both the serious athlete looking to manage energy for endurance, and to the individual with a compromised immune system/ weakened condition.

Qigong is available as Personal Training - customized to address specific goals and conditions.
