Our Kickboxing training is a blend of martial arts, Muay Thai, and western kickboxing. Our group fitness class “packs a punch” with strength flexibility, cardio and core engagement fused into every move. Our class incorporates exercises from basic stand-up combat sports, self-defense tactics, and general fitness. Ideal for all fitness levels.

Our Personal Trainers also use Kickboxing functional principles as part of client-customized programing.

Functional Class:
